Refunds and Returns
RETURNS: We do not accept returns unless we have shipped the wrong fabric or a notion is broken in some way. If it was damaged in shipping, please contact your local post office to file for resolution. If we have shipped the wrong fabric or cut, please contact us right away and we will make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS: If we are out of a product you ordered, a refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
PREORDERS: Preorders are orders for fabric that has not yet arrived in the shop from the manufacturer. We ship them within 1-2 business days of receiving them but we do not know when they will arrive. Manufacturers give us a month in which they will ship and we only know about 3 days ahead of when they arrive at the shop. All Preorders are non-refundable.
IN-STOCK ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We do not offer cancellations after shipment. If you would like to cancel before it has shipped we charge a 5% fee to cover applicable processing and payment costs.
